Rogan says Trump ‘f---ed it up,’ may have handed country back to the Dems in 2028 with unpopular Iran war

Podcaster Joe Rogan warned on Wednesday that President Donald Trump may have accidentally handed the presidency back to Democrats in 2028 by starting an unpopular war in Iran.

Trump may have brought some normality since taking office, but he also has paved the way for the Democrats to return to power all over again, Rogan warned guest Rupert Lowe.

"For now, but if we don't f--- it, I mean, we might have f----- it up by going to Iran," Rogan said. "I mean, this war is not something anybody that's conservative wanted. Most people don't want it – except supporters of Israel. They're the only people that seem to be thinking it's a good idea in this country."

He added further, "Most people are horrified by the idea because Trump was elected — one of the pillars that he stood for – apparently was that he doesn't want any more wars."

While Trump may have promised a "golden age," many of his staunch supporters have since criticized him for breaking his campaign promise on avoiding foreign wars.

Rogan and Lowe spoke about how one thing the Trump administration did manage to accomplish was shutting down USAID, which he and Lowe said was exporting far-left ideology to other countries. Rogan, however, had one key caveat: "Of course, if there was ever a Democrat that got elected president in 2028, it would probably start that b---- right back up, open the borders right back up. Business as usual."

"It seems like there was a desire to move people into blue states and then eventually get them on social assistance and then get them to become citizens, and then you have guaranteed voters," Rogan warned.

Lowe was alarmed at how taxpayer funds are being misused, saying the UK has a similar problem, but argued that in the Trump era, "At least you're making a stab at returning to some form of normality."

Lowe recalled that he spoke out against the Iran war from a realpolitik perspective by arguing "it wasn't in the interest of the British nation."

"And I think, again, most of these leaders should put the interests of their taxpaying public first, and there's only a reason to go to war if it's going to benefit you," Lowe said.
